Goal
With insights from user research and usability testing, we proceeded to create detailed wireframes, emphasizing user flows that streamlined interactions with tables. The wireframes served as a visual blueprint, mapping out the revised layout, placement of key elements, and improved navigation. This step ensured a clear understanding of the proposed changes before moving into the development phase. Now we proceed a round of internal user interviews presenting the wireframes to gather the feedback.

After thorough research and following a similar discovery process, we conceived the idea of HITL (Human-in-the-Loop) as a feature to facilitate human verification and corrections, ensuring the accuracy of data extracted by Document AI processors before its utilization in critical business applications. We delineated the user journey, information architecture, and potential required elements to commence wireframing and gather user feedback.
